Returns and refunds
All sales are final, as each item is made to order. Because of this, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for sizing issues or change of mind.
However, your happiness matters! If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a quality issue, please contact me within 4 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so I can make it right. I’m committed to ensuring you receive a product you love, and I will gladly replace or fix any items that arrive with a mistake on my end.
