Welcome to Creations by Cassie! By accessing or purchasing from this shop, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

Creations by Cassie is a small, independently owned shop offering made-to-order graphic apparel and custom designs. By purchasing from this site, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

2. Product Information

I strive to accurately display all product colors, designs, and descriptions. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and garment manufacturing variations.

All items are made to order. Minor differences in print placement or garment texture are normal and not considered defects.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

I accept payments through secure third-party processors such as Stripe and PayPal. I do not have access to your full payment details.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded, as each item is created specifically for your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times vary depending on order volume and product type. Estimated processing times will be included in the shop’s shipping section.

Shipping times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Creations by Cassie is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, you will need to contact your local carrier for assistance. I cannot replace orders lost after delivery confirmation.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. Because each item is made to order, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Wrong size
• Change of mind
• Customization errors caused by incorrect information entered by the customer

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 4 days of delivery with photos and your order number so I can resolve the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, product photos, and branding on this site are the property of Creations by Cassie. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creations by Cassie is not responsible for:

• Damages resulting from misuse or improper care of products
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Third-party website errors or outages

Your use of this site is at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
