At this time, Creations by Cassie offers local pickup only. No shipping is available through the website.

Local Pickup Details

All orders will be prepared and available for pickup in Cassopolis, Dowagiac or Decatur, Michigan. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the exact pickup location and instructions.

Processing Time

Each item is made to order. Please allow 7-14 for processing before your order is ready for pickup. Processing times may vary based on order volume, holidays, or product availability.

Pickup Window

Please pick up your order within 7 days of receiving your pickup notification. If you need additional time, simply reach out and I’ll be happy to work with you.

Failed Pickup

If an order is not picked up within the agreed timeline and no communication is made, the order may be returned to inventory or donated without refund.

Lost or Stolen Items

Once an order has been picked up, Creations by Cassie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items after the exchange.
